About the form
A contemporary mirror panel with a subtle, rounded form
Sicily Mirror is a decorative element of garden architecture that combines a minimalist shape with a striking mirror reflection. The characteristic arched top gives it lightness and a more decorative character, while the mirror surface reflects the surrounding greenery and architecture, visually enlarging the space.
The panel is made from high-quality stainless steel in a mirror finish combined with powder-coated stainless steel. The mirror surface is not a classic glass mirror – the reflection comes from polished stainless steel. Depending on distance, viewing angle and lighting, the reflection may be clearer or gently distorted, which is a natural property of the material.
Sicily Mirror pairs beautifully with contemporary architecture, greenery, stone, concrete and timber. It makes a striking accent by a terrace, fence or pergola, or in the representative part of the garden.
Uses: a decorative element of garden design, a complement to contemporary fences and structures, visual enlargement of space, a striking frame for terraces and seating areas.

Material and use
We make the Mirror collection from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, polished to a high gloss for an elegant mirror finish.
For standard outdoor use we use AISI 304 steel. For installation right next to swimming pools or in places exposed to salt, chlorides, pool chemicals or other aggressive substances we recommend AISI 316 stainless steel, which offers higher corrosion resistance in such conditions.

Questions and answers
How is the panel installed?
It comes with two mounting posts and self-drilling roofing screws with a C4 coating; it is bolted, not welded. We recommend mounting Mirror panels as part of a fence, wall, pergola or other structure rather than as a free-standing piece.
What steel are the mirror products made of?
AISI 304 stainless steel, 2 mm thick, polished to a high gloss. By a pool or where salt or chlorides are present we recommend AISI 316 steel – made to order.
Is it a real mirror?
No – it is polished steel, not glass. Close up the reflection is sharp; from further away it becomes softer and slightly distorted, and it changes with the viewing angle and light. This is a natural property of the material, not a defect.
Does stainless steel rust outdoors?
Not with proper care. Surface deposits from dust, road salt or fertilisers can appear – they wash off; the material itself stays corrosion-resistant.
How do I clean the mirror surface?
With a soft cloth, water and a mild detergent – no steel wool or scouring powders. Streaks come off with a stainless-steel cleaner.
Can I order a different size or colour?
Yes. Beyond the collection we make pieces to your dimensions, and aluminium powder-coated in any RAL colour. Describe the place and send measurements and a photo through the contact form; you receive a quote and a drawing to approve before anything is cut.
How long does an order take?
Usually approx. 10 working days from order confirmation – every piece is punched and folded, and aluminium is powder-coated, in our workshop in Karczew near Warsaw. For unusual sizes we confirm the date in the quote.
How is it delivered?
Our own transport, collection in person or a forwarder. Larger products – panels, big planters, fire pits – are usually delivered by our own transport so they arrive undamaged. Delivery to other EU countries is quoted individually.
Where are FRANBEST products made?
In Poland, in our workshop in Karczew (Jagodne 4, 05-480 Karczew). CNC punching, press-brake folding and powder coating are all done in-house – nothing is outsourced.
What warranty do you give?
24 months on workmanship and coating under normal use. Every product is inspected before it leaves the workshop – from sheet thickness to the evenness of the coating.
Can I return a product?
Collection products can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason – unused, in the original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Made-to-measure pieces and non-standard colours are produced to order and cannot be returned.
