Returns policy

1. Basic information

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counted from the day the parcel is received.

2. Return conditions

The goods must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with the factory seals intact
  • Accompanied by the documents (receipt/invoice + return form)

Exceptions (products that cannot be returned):

  • Items made to individual order

3. Return procedure

Step by step:

  1. Print and fill in the return form
  2. Pack the product according to the instructions sent by e-mail
  3. Send the parcel to:

Return shipping costs:

  • Borne by the Customer
  • Suggested carriers: DHL, InPost, Poczta Polska, Furgonetka

4. Refunds

Deadline:

  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refund method:

  • The same method as the original payment (bank transfer/card)
  • For card payments: refund to the bank account within 3–5 working days

Refund amount:

  • The full value of the product

5. Dispute resolution

In case of doubt:

  • Contact the Provincial Trade Inspectorate (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) in Warsaw
